At Curionish, we carefully select unique vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. Because most of our items have had a previous life, signs of age and wear are completely normal.

We always try to show and describe the condition of each item as clearly as possible. Before purchasing, please take your time to look through all photos, read the description and check the measurements and condition carefully.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Please remember that vintage and pre-owned items are not new.

Depending on the age and previous use of an item, you may find signs of wear such as scratches, patina, discoloration, stains, hardware wear, interior wear or other small imperfections.

We do our best to clearly show and mention noticeable signs of wear in our photos and descriptions. These characteristics are part of buying vintage and are not considered defects when they have already been shown or described.

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking all photos, measurements and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us within these 14 days and include your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.

After requesting your return, please make sure the item is sent back to us within the required return period.

Return Conditions

Please handle your Curionish piece with care while deciding whether you would like to keep it.

To return an item:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
It must not have been worn or used.
All original accessories included with the item must be returned.
The Curionish tag must still be attached and unaltered.
The item must be securely packaged for its return.

Please only remove the Curionish tag once you are sure you want to keep your item.

Our tag helps us confirm that the returned item is the same item we originally shipped and that it has not been worn or used after delivery.

If an item is returned with additional wear, damage, stains, odours, missing accessories, alterations or other changes, this may affect the amount that can be refunded.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by Curionish and are the responsibility of the customer.

Because many of our pieces are valuable and one-of-a-kind, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning your order.

The return shipment remains the customer's responsibility until it has safely arrived back with us. Please always keep your tracking information and proof of shipment.

Curionish cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived, we will carefully inspect the item.

If the item is returned in its original condition and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning your order will not be refunded.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Problematic Orders

We carefully check every Curionish item before shipping to make sure it leaves us in the condition shown and described on our website.

Is your item different from the description, did you receive the wrong item, or did your order arrive damaged? Please report this to us within 48 hours after delivery so we can look into the issue as quickly as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and the issue. We recommend keeping all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Reports made after 48 hours may be more difficult for us to investigate, especially in cases of shipping damage. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking your order carefully as soon as you receive it.

Please keep in mind that our items are vintage or pre-owned. Signs of wear, age or imperfections that were already visible in the photos or mentioned in the product description are part of the item's stated condition and are not considered shipping damage or an incorrectly described item.

Specially Sourced Items

Some Curionish pieces may be specially sourced for a customer upon request.

If different conditions apply to a specially sourced or personalised item, we will clearly communicate this with you before your purchase.

Authenticity is extremely important to us. Every designer item sold by Curionish is carefully selected and checked, and we 100% guarantee the authenticity of our items.
