Your Curionish piece deserves to arrive safely. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care, whether it's travelling within the Netherlands or across the world.

We offer worldwide shipping, and every Curionish order is always shipped tracked and insured.

Processing Your Order

Once your order has been confirmed, we carefully prepare and pack your item for shipment.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your Track & Trace information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time of the shipping carrier.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Whether your Curionish piece is staying in the Netherlands or travelling internationally, every order is shipped with tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs within Europe are calculated at checkout. For destinations outside Europe, shipping is available upon request. Simply contact us at info@curionish.com for a personalized shipping quote.

Tracked & Insured Shipping

The safety of your order is extremely important to us, especially because many of our vintage pieces are unique and cannot simply be replaced.

That is why all Curionish orders are shipped tracked and insured.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive your tracking information so you can follow the delivery.

Please make sure the delivery address entered during checkout is complete and correct.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout or through your Track & Trace are estimates and may sometimes change due to circumstances outside of our control.

International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local fees may apply.

These costs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.

We recommend checking the import rules of your country before placing an international order if you are unsure about possible additional costs.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Has your tracking not updated for a while, or does your package appear to be delayed? Please contact us so we can look into it with the shipping carrier.

Because every Curionish order is shipped with tracking and insurance, we can start an investigation with the carrier when necessary.

Please keep in mind that carrier delays, customs processing and other circumstances during transit can sometimes affect the estimated delivery date.

Damaged During Delivery

We carefully check and securely pack every item before shipment.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery so we can look into the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping box, packaging and shipping label. We recommend keeping all original packaging while the issue is being investigated.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs for resending the order may apply.

Receiving Your Order

Please keep an eye on your Track & Trace once your Curionish piece is on its way.

Depending on the value, destination and shipping carrier, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Once your package arrives, we recommend checking both the package and your item straight away.
